W3C 联盟（World Wide Web Consortium）日前正式宣布其已经完成了 HTML5 (http://cn.engadget.com/tag/html5) 的技术定义，下一步的计划是展开互通性（interoperability）和性能表现方面的测试，希望以此来确保 HTML5 能与所有的浏览器、服务器或其它互联网工具完美兼容。W3C 联盟预计在 2014 (http://cn.engadget.com/2012/09/23/w3c-says-html-5-will-be-finalized-in-2014/) 年的时候可以正式让 HTML5 成为网页编写标准语言，希望这种便于跨平台运作的解决方案能够早日普及开来咯。
