继之前对外国游客开放 (http://cn.engadget.com/2013/01/21/north-korea-allows-tourists-to-rent-phones-or-sim-cards/)了手机、SIM 卡租赁业务之后，朝鲜 (http://cn.engadget.com/tag/northkorea)政府又放松了一些对移动服务的限制。根据 Associated Press 的报道来看，运营商 Koryolink 将会针对居住在平壤的外国用户提供 3G 移动网络服务。据悉这项服务最迟将于 3 月 1 日推出，计费方式为按月收费，用户可以使用 USB modem 或 SIM 卡来连接网络。当然，这项服务的适用人群仅限于非朝鲜市民，当地的用户将依旧只能使用通话、短信、视频通话及官方新闻订阅等服务（只有极少部分的人可以用到宽带）。实话说，我们还真是越来越好奇 Eric Schmidt (http://cn.engadget.com/2013/01/06/eric-schmidt-north-korea/) 到底在那里做过些什么了...
