Sony 发布了 FMP-X1 4K 多媒体播放器，这将成为你家中超高清电视机的重要伴侣。这款产品价格是 US$699（约 4,345 元人民币），将会在今年夏季首先发售。发售的时候，播放器会附赠多部电影，包括 The Amazing Spider-Man 超凡蜘蛛侠、Salt 特工绍特、Battle: Los Angeles 洛杉矶之战等热门电影，大多数出自 Sony Pictures Entertainment 之手。
有了播放器，没有内容可不行，Sony (http://cn.engadget.com/tag/Sony/) 也为你想到了。在今年秋季，会开始 4K 内容广播服务，用户可以付费购买 4K 电影的下载服务。另外，如果你是 Sony 84 吋 Ultra HDTV 用户，4K 服务开通之后将可以享受 FMP-X1 播放器置换服务，具体的优惠及操作细节到时候会公布。需要指出的是，Sony 宣称自己是业界首个推出 4K 多媒体播放器和首个推出的 4K 内容广播服务 (http://cn.engadget.com/2013/01/28/japan-plans-to-broadcast-2014-world-cup-in-4k/)的厂商。从现在来看 4K 电视机还真是比较贵，我们希望未来消费者可以更低的价格买到 4K (http://cn.engadget.com/tag/4K/) 设备及内容。
