刘英武博士
董事长兼首席执行官
刘英武博士在他30年信息产业的职业生涯中 ，致力于将尖端技术产品化，并转化为成功的商务应用。在个人电脑 、企业软件和半导体业界扮演重要的角色 。创建本公司前，他曾历任日月光集团 (ASE Group)的总裁，该集团公司是全球半导体封装测试业的龙头；并曾分别担任Walker Interactive Systems公司主席和首席执行官Cadence Design Systems公司首席运营官和宏基集团 (Acer Group)总裁。十多年前，他即开始推动全球性的软件外包业务。刘英武博士的职业生涯起始于IBM，他曾负责SQL起草及开发，以及CICS、SNA和AIX的经营管理，而后负责IBM全球数据库和计算机语言业务。他在台湾大学获得学士学位，于普林斯顿大学取得博士学位。


Frank Yu
总裁兼首席运营官

Frank Yu 拥有近20年作为高层管理者和技术专家负责商业软件开发和服务的经验。在其职业生涯中，作为公司外包业务的开拓者和与软件外包商的合作者，他率先领导了在印度和中国进行的软件产品和解决方案的开发。加盟本公司前，曾任Vitria产品开发部门高级副总裁，负责工程、专业服务、客户支持、培训和信息技术。他带领产品开发部门将概念发展成软件产品，推出了EAI & BPM软件的两个重要版本，供200个以上的大型企业顾客实际使用。之前，他曾担任Walker Interactive Systems公司工程部的副总裁和分析解决方案事业部的副总裁主管，Cadence Design Systems的工程指导和首席架构设计师，Dazix（Daisy Systems的前身）公司逻辑仿真产品部主管。Frank Yu作为合作创始人之一在CAD集团开始自己的职业生涯。

Wayne Hom
首席技术官兼执行副总裁

副总裁
Richard Koo 在大型企业软件系统的设计、开发和推行方面有超过 15 年的经验,在加盟群硕之前, 作为Vitria的首席架构设计师，他曾担任获奖的EAI产品线的技术领导，同时他还监督Vitria公司一个多平台互联产品的外包项目开发。Vitria之前，他曾任Tibco 软件公司和Sun Microsystems公司的资深工程师。他是高性能分布式交换系统、短信息和应用集成领域公认的专家，他拥有事件驱动和数据传输技术方面的专利（待批）。Richard Koo在康乃尔大学获得博士学位。

Navin Budhiraja博士
副总裁
Budhiraja博士拥有10年以上尖端企业软件产品的设计和开发经验。作为Vitria公司解决方案首席架构设计师，Budhiraja 博士负责业界领先的保健解决方案产品线的结构和设计。Budhiraja 博士在整个开发过程中指导商业分析师、领域专家和整个Vitria工程部 – 从产品概念到产品实现的高级需求。同时，在Vitria，Budhiraja 博士还发明、架构、设计和完成了Vitria公司获奖的商业进程管理系统，并首先应用于EAI。Budhiraja 博士是如UML、BPEL等进程规范语言、J2EE和WEB服务等WEB标准方面的专家。他曾任IBM的T.J. Watson 研究中心的资深研究员，专攻容错计算。他还拥有多项商业进程管理技术的专利（待批）。他在IIT Kanpur 获得计算机科学学士学位，并在康乃尔大学获得计算机科学博士学位。
