新款的Macmini在外观上与前一代产品没有分别，只是内部IBM处理器换成了英特尔处理器，新款Macmini将有599美元和799美元两个型号，其中低端产品采用了英特尔CoreSolo处理器，而高端产品则是双核心的CoreDuo处理器。
