Software Testing Engineer
Responsibility:
Work independently as a QA analyst or tester
Participate in group review, technical discussions and customer communication
Provide technical guidance to team members
Self-driven for continuous learning and improving
Qualification:
Solid working knowledge in QA fundamental methodologies
Experienced in black box and white box testing
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (such as WinRunner, QuickTest, JUnit, NUnit, SilkTest, TestMaker, etc.) is desirable but not required
Experienced in testing process
Good problem-solving capability
Good sense of responsibility
Good learning capability
Good communication skills
Effective team player
