Software Development Manager
Responsibility:
Responsible for building, growing, and developing team
Responsible for performance management
Motivate and manage team members' expectation
Share and instill company culture, values, and policy in team members
Responsible for managing team's daily operations
Understand customer requirements, and conduct technical evaluation
Create and track overall project schedule
Evaluate resource requirements, and allocate resources effectively
Control schedule, manage risk, and ensure project's successful outcome
Ensure project deliverables on time with quality
Communicate with customers, and build business relationship with customers
Involved in pre-sale consulting when needed
Ensure effective roll out of company policies to each team
Participate in drafting and modifying company policies
Qualification:
Have outstanding technical capability and experience in one or more of the following technologies or domains:
Java/C/C++/C# or other programming languages
J2EE/EJB, Servlets, JSP, Struts, Swing
.NET
Software Quality Assurance/Testing
Windows programming
UNIX (Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, IBM-AIX)
Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MySQL)
Web Servers (Apache, IIS, Tomcat)
Application Servers (WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Oracle)
GUI (VB, MFC, Swing, Win32)
XML Schema/DTD, XML parsing technologies, XSLT
Service Oriented Architecture
OLAP/BI (Business Intelligence)
EAI/BPM (Business Process Modeling)/Workflow
Embedded technologies (Device drivers, Embedded OS)
High volume transaction processing
High volume web application development/deployment
CRM/ERP
Financial Service
Telecommunication
Supply Chain Management
Hands-on project management experience and strong project management capability
