Software Testing Engineer (STE) — 赴微软工作
Responsibility:
Participate in Microsoft latest products and components testing
Create test cases based on given functional specifications and test specifications
Set up test environments and execute automated or manual test cases under the proper test environments
Isolate failures in automated or manual test cases through manual execution and debugging
Validate bug fixes through test execution
Periodically interact with the Redmond based development and test team to discuss work requirements, schedules and issues
Qualification:
Familiar with the testing tools and test approaches
Experiences in the manual and automation test
Self-learning capability
Good working attitude
Good problem solving skill and can work under pressure
Ability to work effectively with other team members and other teams
At least 2 years of industry experience on software testing
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Education Requirements: B.Sc. in CS or equivalent degree
