Software Design Engineer for Testing (SDET) — 赴微软工作
Responsibility:
Participate in Microsoft latest products and components development and testing
Participate in the development of Microsoft internal automation testing tools
Develop and implement programs to execute automation testing
Create test cases based on given functional specifications and test specifications
Set up test environments and execute automated or manual test cases under the proper test environments
Isolate failures in automated or manual test cases through manual execution and debugging
Validate bug fixes through test execution
Periodically interact with the Redmond based development and test team to discuss work requirements, schedules and issues
Qualification:
Familiar with C++/C#, at least 2 year experience in C++/C# programming and have written more than 10000 lines of code
Familiar with the web based application
Familiar with test automation tools (white box/black box)
Ability to develop test cases for test automation
Ability to develop unit test for C++ and C# in Visual Studio .NET Framework
Enjoy challenges in solving complex problems
Ability to work effectively with other team members and other teams
Strong coding skills with C++ and/or C#/.NET including algorithms and data structures
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Education Requirements: B.Sc. in CS or equivalent degree
