刘英武博士
董事长兼首席执行官
刘英武博士在他30年信息产业的职业生涯中 ，致力于将尖端技术产品化，并转化为成功的商务应用。在个人电脑 、企业软件和半导体业界扮演重要的角色 。创建本公司前，他曾历任日月光集团 (ASE Group)的总裁，该集团公司是全球半导体封装测试业的龙头；并曾分别担任Walker Interactive Systems公司主席和首席执行官Cadence Design Systems公司首席运营官和宏基集团 (Acer Group)总裁。十多年前，他即开始推动全球性的软件外包业务。刘英武博士的职业生涯起始于IBM，他曾负责SQL起草及开发，以及CICS、SNA和AIX的经营管理，而后负责IBM全球数据库和计算机语言业务。他在台湾大学获得学士学位，于普林斯顿大学取得博士学位。


Frank Yu
总裁兼首席运营官

Wayne Hom

Navin Budhiraja博士
副总裁
Budhiraja博士拥有10年以上尖端企业软件产品的设计和开发经验。作为Vitria公司解决方案首席架构设计师，Budhiraja 博士负责业界领先的保健解决方案产品线的结构和设计。Budhiraja 博士在整个开发过程中指导商业分析师、领域专家和整个Vitria工程部 – 从产品概念到产品实现的高级需求。同时，在Vitria，Budhiraja 博士还发明、架构、设计和完成了Vitria公司获奖的商业进程管理系统，并首先应用于EAI。Budhiraja 博士是如UML、BPEL等进程规范语言、J2EE和WEB服务等WEB标准方面的专家。他曾任IBM的T.J.
